Hi,
Just to say that your blog is great - the source and content of our food is so important - it's high-time everyone took a greater interest.

We cover some of these issues (particularly organic, free-range, and slow food topics) in our cooking blog: http://www.chilliandchocolate.com

Hope you can check it out.

Hi Nick,

I've been checking out your blog and yours along with some of your other recommended sites have inspired me to make my own! I've concentrated on trying to promote organic British cuisine. There are only a couple of recipes at the moment, but I'm building up my favorites and will have them on soon!

Hope you can check it out at http://www.greatbritishgrub.blogspot.com

Thank you for adding my blog to your list.
Your articles at The Tracing Paper are interesting to read, especially the one on cherry plums - I recently discovered we had a mirabelle tree in our garden!
